XL4016 CC-CV DC-DC Buck/Step-Down Converter, adjustable to 28vdc output, 8A. Ideal for battery operated projects requiring a higher current regulated power supply. These modules use the XL4016 DC-DC converter IC, and applications include LED drivers, battery chargers, or a regulated power supply.

This product uses the XL4016 switch type voltage regulator chip, with MBR10200 double rectifier, the maximum input up to , the output 40V continuously adjustable.

Low output ripple , high frequency capacitor reduces output ripple.

• Please make sure there is a 2V voltage difference between input voltage and output voltage ( Giriş İle çıış arasında 2V fark vardır. Bu sebeple istenilen çıkışı elde etmek için 2V daha yüksek voltaj girişten uygulanmalıdır.)
• The maximum output current can reach 8A; For long time working please make sure the current is less than 5A. ( Uzun süreli kullanımlarda 5A den az akım verir. 8A için harici fan kullanılması şarttır )

Battery charge:

1. Make sure of the battery float voltage and charging current that you need, as well as the input voltage of the module.
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer and adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Use the multimeter in 10A current scale to measure output short-circuit current, and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current to the expected charging current value.
4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reaches the float voltage.
5. Connected to the battery, try to charge.
6. (1,2,3,4 steps to connect the power module input,output no-load does not connect battery.)

LED constant current drive:

1. Make sure the operating current and Max operating Voltage of the LED you need to drive.
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer, adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. Use the multimeter in 10A current scale to measure output short-circuit current, and adjust the current. Potentiometer to make sure the output current to the expected LED operating current.
4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the maximum LED operating voltage.
5. Connect LED, test.
6. (1,2,3,4 steps to connect the power module input, output No-load does not connect LED.)
